
Service Support Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Daily checking of commercial pipelines for any new and upcoming robot deployments
- Assignment of Field Service Engineers for deployment processes and making necessary
- Adjustments to resource allocation when necessary (e.g. to cater for any last minute, more prioritized deployments)
- Arrange for customer UAT, and handle the UAT form (signed copy) properly
- Arrange for customer trainings (Robot handling, Software platform) and related logistics
- Prepare for robot Go-live by obtaining relevant customer information and remote operator instructions.
- In-charge of retrieving Robot Performance Reports for customers (eg. weekly, monthly, specific period).
- Backup/cover for other Service Support Administrator as needed for day-to-day operations.
- Take on various ad-hoc duties as required to support robot operations, coordinating deliveries and providing robot operational support.
**Requirements**:
- Required: Diploma in engineering, business administration, or any related field.
- Preferred: 2 years experience in project coordination, operations management or a similar role (fresh graduates may apply)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
