provide clerical support to staff by preparing sales and purchase contracts, correspond and arrange with customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery, invoicing and customer service.
(c) Provide sales support on eCommerce platforms.
Requirements:
- A levels or Diploma preferred
- At least 1-3 years working experience in preparing documents especially documentation work
- Good team player
- Multi-task as when required
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Able to start work immediately or at very short notice
Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications
