**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan covering revenue and expense controls to manage organizational sales effectively.
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and continuous education on service knowledge.

- Success in developing sales plans and analysing the profitability of prospects, coupled with analytical and numeracy skills to review operational and financial data.
- Proficient in customer relationship management, with the ability to develop strong business relationships at all levels, including senior executives.
- Effective leadership, management, and motivation of a sales team.
- Must possess own vehicle.
