**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**

The incumbent will be working as an Air Export Executive. S/he will process/execute documentation required for Air shipments and liaise with carriers / co-loaders for air space.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaise with a trucker for pick-up/collection from customer/supplier
- Book space with carriers / co-loaders for airspace
- Work with carriers / co-loaders for ad-hoc rates
- Ensure cost from carriers / co-loaders is not above customer sell rates
- Execute/prepare documentation (Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, COO, etc..)
- Cargo labeling
- Arrange for packing and/or fumigation if required
- Enter cost and revenue in the Kewill system
- Link customer EDI (if required) in the Kewill system
- Update customer with flight details and POD for Door-to-Door shipments
- Post Kewill system pre-alert to respective destination stations
- Follow-up with destinations stations for POD for Door-to-Door shipments
- Update mandatory milestones in Kewill track and trace
- At times will require to lift/shift cartons for cargo labeling
- View physical cargo to determine if any re-packing is required
- At times will require to travel to a customer location or work in another location
- Follow-up with carriers / co-loaders for any off-loading

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR SKILLS REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Air freight forwarding operations
- Good working experience in air cargo clearance permit declarations
- DG Certification would be an added advantage

- Meticulous, organized, and willing to put the extra effort for tasks completion
- Independent with a keen sense for learning and adopting new skills
- Good team player with a good sense of urgency
- Good communication skills (to communicate internal and external stakeholders)

**OTHERS**:

- 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
- Incubment must be willing to work at Changi Airfreight Centre
- Incubment must be willing work rotational shifts
