1) Assist senior M&A managers to search for business partners, sellers, or buyers.

2) Perform market research on potential business partners, sellers, or buyers.

3) Assist senior M&A managers in structuring corporate advisory proposals and perform all other ad-hoc tasks as requested.

4) Perform valuation of projects undertaken by the Bank.

5) To work with legal counsels and counterparties in contract documentation on transaction terms and conditions and all other related matters.

6) Assist the M&A team members in the execution of the contract from beginning to closing.

7) Gather information on regional economies and perform industry studies for the M & A team members.

**Requirements**:
1) Degree in accounting and /or business.

2) At least 2 years of corporate finance-related working experience in financial institutions or in an M&A brokerage business.

3) Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
