**Management Consulting & Corporate Advisory **- From management consulting to corporate advisory, we work hand-in-hand with entrepreneurs on business transformation and corporate strategy so as to attract investors, business partnerships and talents.

**Sell-side Advisory **- We support entrepreneurs in investor-matching opportunities from angel investors to institutional funders, venture capitalists and investment bankers.

**Buy-side Investment **- We focus on investing our resources and expertise in selected businesses. As such, the chosen entrepreneurs are guided, mentored, coached and trained to grow from entrepreneurs to investors. We also have an investor club where selected projects are shown to buy-side UHNWs, funds, family offices and others.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Finance Director, the Corporate Finance Manager shall provide support for the execution of corporate finance / M&A / advisory mandates, including pre-IPO / private equity investment in both sell side and/ or buy side capacity
- Experienced in providing support and co-ordination in corporate finance matters including fund-raising projects, M&A, capital restructuring, takeovers, etc.
- Familiarity with SGX listing rules and accounting policies.
- Relevant knowledge of or listing experience in overseas exchanges will be useful.
- Perform financial analysis for M&A purposes.
- Good knowledge in budgeting, financial forecasting, cashflow analysis, financial analysis etc.
- Possess experience in preparing pitch decks, investor decks, term sheets etc.
- Preparation of regular reports to track and monitor ongoing and pipeline deals.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to monitor IPO project timelines and adhere to deadlines.
- Meticulous with an eye for details.
- Closely monitor all matters that require follow-up or further directions.
- An excellent team player who is able to engage internal and external stakeholders of all levels with good communicate skills and interpersonal skills.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
- Qualified Accountant &/ with Big 4 audit background and past tenures with MAS-licensed corporate advisory firms and audit firms would be favorably considered.
- Minimum of 4 years of corporate finance or related experience.
- In-depth knowledge of SFA rules & regulations, guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities, risk management control, listing rules, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
