- Assist senior M&A managers to search for business partners, sellers or buyers.
- Perform market research of potential business partners, sellers or buyers.
- Assist senior M&A managers in structuring corporate advisory proposals and perform all other ad-hoc tasks as requested.
- Perform valuation of projects undertaken by the Bank.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in accounting and / or business

- Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English to facilitate communication with Head Office in Japan and Japanese customers.
