Trade Finance Officer, Associate

Main Responsibilities:
1. In charge of supporting the business in marketing, originating and developing Trade Finance commercial activies for Credit Agricole CIB in Singapore.
2. Originate Trade Finance business for CACIB Singapore (medium size transactions) with a special emphasis on:
- Corporate Trade Finance activities, in liaison with the marketing architecture of the Credit Agricole CIB set up in Singapore: Support to the Account Relationship Managers for the Corporate Customer basis, maximization of the Trade Finance revenues of the existing portfolio, development of the Trade Finance business to be generated by Import and Export operations. Corporate are the key clients for Trade Finance activities of Credit Agricole CIB in Singapore
- Trade Finance business with banks: Forfeiting, L/C refinancing, Discounting of drafts. Trade Finance general agreement with banks, local and assistance for Import and Export operations.
- Coordination of Trade Finance activities with the large international network of Credit Agricole CIB (> 55 countries) and other Credit Agricole Group subsidiaries (LCL, foreign based subsidiaries both for Inbound activities and outbound activities.
3. Develop the Trade Finance portfolio of Credit Agricole CIB Singapore Achieve targets of Trade Finance budget related to Singapore Coordination with other department in Credit Agricole CIB Singapore for issues related to Trade Finance activities, including liaison with Middle / Back Offices to ensure satisfactory handling of the Trade Finance transactions and assist them when necessary for any technical issues.
4. Providing expertise and technical support within Credit Agricole CIB Singapore and to other Credit Agricole CIB entities, when in need, for specific and targe
- size transactions.
5. To closely support the key contact person for “large” Trade Finance customers (banks/corporate).
