**About the job**:
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

The Brand and Reputation Marketing team is tasked with demonstrating Google’s contribution to the societies and economies of the countries where we operate. The team’s focus areas are proving Google’s helpfulness in driving economic growth and showing Google’s digital responsibility in areas such as privacy, security, and online safety. In the first area, through online and in-person courses, we strive to help women, SMB owners, individuals, and developers gain new skills to advance their careers and/or make their businesses more successful. When it comes to digital responsibility, we educate users about how to take control of their data, how to be vigilant online, and how we are committed to helping them along the way.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems-from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can-changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own APAC policy marketing strategy, defining priority areas and key interventions for APAC. Partner with relevant stakeholders cross-functionally to appropriately prioritize and execute
- Develop a deep and ongoing understanding of policymakers in APAC, collaborating with market insights and other cross-functional stakeholders globally and in APAC
- Own campaign management for policy marketing adjacent topics
- Develop tactics and marketing campaigns to effectively deliver Google's product innovation and contribution story to key opinion formers, policymakers and consumers in APAC. Support internal communications and operations
- Create legislation-specific messaging campaigns and creative assets for key markets that are based on learnings and insights from message testing
