Grounded in a talent-centric mindset, Maker Lab is a marketing agency designed to build decentralised technology-led agency teams, rooted in collaboration with clients from the ground up. Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.
**Project Manager, Reputation Marketing (APAC)**
As Project Manager - Reputation Marketing (APAC), you’ll support our client’s efforts to demonstrate their impact to Key Opinion Formers (KOFs). Our client's products and services have been shaping generations and empowering culture and society worldwide. Being a video-sharing platform and one of the creative partner ecosystems, they’re boosting global creativity, learning and free expression. With that comes an ever-changing landscape of regulations and policies, and thus helping policymakers and decision-makers across public and private sectors better understand our client’s contributions to economies and cultures across the region is increasingly important.
In this role, you will be part of our client’s extended regional Reputation & Responsibility Marketing team and responsible for the end-to-end project management and timely delivery of Impact Reports across APAC. The focus of these reports will be to highlight the client’s positive impact on local economies, societies and cultures with robust research & data. Collaborating with Global, Regional and Local cross-functional teams, external partners and agencies, you will also advise and guide project stakeholders on the content direction and execution of the Impact Reports, as well as support the development of Go-To-Market (GTM) assets. This requires fast and dynamic project management, accurate measurement of impact and timely executions.
This is an exciting opportunity within a groundbreaking, future-focused industry, and your work will help protect the openness of our client’s platform and strengthen their brand and reputation in the region.
Role:
- Responsible for end-to-end project management and timely delivery of Impact Reports across APAC, from claims and survey development, content alignment (including selection of claims, case studies, quotes), translation management, report design & production to the roll-out of the final product
- Partner with all project stakeholders including internal Global, Regional and Local cross-functional teams (Marketing, PR, Government Affairs and Public Policy) as well as external partners and agencies to ensure alignment and the successful delivery of the project
- Data collection and analysis from surveys and other studies/research, distilling insights, trends and findings to advise and guide project stakeholders on the content direction & execution of the Impact Reports
- Management of the Impact website pages to drive the desired narrative, ensuring page content and design are up-to-date with the latest claims, data and reports
- Collaborate with Regional and Local teams responsible for the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan and support with the development of meaningful assets that can be used to land the narrative via high-impact activations/moments
- Monitor and track performance metrics across GTM channels to identify learnings and areas for improvement as well as celebrate achievements
- Conduct research in areas that can help guide the Marketing strategy in the areas of Reputation and Responsibility
- Support other teams beyond Marketing and immediate project stakeholders who are seeking to leverage Impact Report claims in their activations
You:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience within a similar scope
- 5 years of experience in project management within marketing
- Excellent project management skills managing complex dependencies and ensuring timely high-quality delivery
- Self-starter with ability to independently problem solve
- Good analytical understanding and very comfortable with data and distilling the key takeaways from research
- Experience driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment across many (senior) stakeholders
- Ideally you have experience working within a fast-paced environment in a tech company and/or matrix organisation
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across JAPAC.
