**The Company**

Our client is a leading hospitality company, and they are currently looking for a Hotel IT Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be responsible for both hotel pre-opening and post-opening activities. You will be tasked with managing hotel projects consisting of network infrastructure, hotel front-of-house and back-of-house systems, in-room and guest experience systems and end user computing requirements. You will be an internal consultant to provide solutioning and work closely with users and project team members to gather business and user requirements and translate them into tender specifications. You will also manage end-to-end tender preparation and procurement processes such as sourcing and evaluating vendors. For post-opening, you will be managing end-to-end operation and support, contract and vendor management. You will also manage the day-to-day IT operations, such as coordinating tech upgrades, installation and maintenance.

**Your Profile**

You should possess a Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology and have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in managing IT operations of hotels or resorts. Pre-Hotel Opening experience is essential for this role. You will need to be familiar with both front-of-house and back-of-house hotel systems and possess strong vendor and project management skills.
