The GroupM Global Investment Systems (GIS) team build and support scalable global platforms that bring together data, intelligence and insights for our local, regional and global trading and investment teams.

The Workflow Business Analyst & Release Manager will be responsible for the acquisition and management of requirements for new projects whilst helping maintain and deliver the workflow solutions. Activity will be for a range of markets globally.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Elicit and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, user stories task and workflow analysis
- Assist on backlog management, maintaining the quality of user stories and acceptance criteria for an agile project
- Provide the primary point of coordination between local market and global delivery teams
- Ensuring continued alignment with local and global strategies
- Work with local markets / business unit to define, structure and deliver products against a phased programme
- Follow up on all the post implementation review
- Create detailed agile sets of user stories with acceptance criteria related to features and epics to describe new systems

**What you'll need**:

- Relevant commercial experience in a business analyst role in the domain of workflow, system integration and/or reporting
- Demonstrable experience of agile business analysis techniques - business process modelling, scenarios, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, etc.
- Proven stakeholder management skills working with all levels of an organisation
- Proven capability to deliver simplified user interface mockups
- Business case development and benefits realisation experience
- The ability to quickly learn and understand new business environments and processes
- Planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills
- A proactive "can do" attitude and a willingness to be "hands on"
- The ability to travel internationally (infrequently)
- The ability to work with teams from different time-zones and attend conference calls outside local office hours occasionally
