This role is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of ServiceNow platform updates and module enhancements. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure seamless transitions during module updates and releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive demand management process to align with organizational objectives.
- Define release management strategies for ServiceNow platform updates and module enhancements.
- Coordinate with development teams to plan and schedule releases, considering dependencies and potential risks.
- Communicate release schedules, status updates, and impact assessments to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of release documentation, including release notes and deployment instructions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min.10 years) in demand and release management for ServiceNow platform modules, particularly SPM, IRM, ITSM, and ITAM.
- In-depth knowledge of demand management processes and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and release management best practices.
- Experience coordinating releases in complex, multi-module ServiceNow environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in SPM, IRM, ITSM, or ITAM is a plus.
