We are hiring for Servicenow Consultant ( _implementation and administration) _for Singapore Location
- _Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform implementation and administration_
- _Citizen: _**Singaporean**_ _only_
- _Work Location: Hybrid (WFH / Client office / Client Location)_
- **Technical Skills**:_
- _Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline._
- _Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform implementation and administration._
- _Strong programming skills, particularly in Java, JavaScript, or similar languages._
- _Good knowledge of ITIL, Risk and Compliance, Project Management related processes._
- _Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM: Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, etc.), ITOM (Service Mapping, Discovery, etc.), ITAM etc._
- _Proficient in ServiceNow development, including UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts._
- **Experience and Skill Sets**:_
- _Must be a Singaporean citizen due to G50 security clearance requirements by the client._
- _Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline._
- _**At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform implementation and administration.**_
- _**Strong programming skills, particularly in Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.**_
- _**Good knowledge of ITIL, Risk and Compliance, Project Management related processes.**_
- _**Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM: Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, etc.), ITOM (Service Mapping, Discovery, etc.), ITAM etc.**_
- _Proficient in ServiceNow development, including UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts._
- _Good communication skills with strong people skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable working with geographically dispersed offshore and cross-functional teams._
- _ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, etc.) are a plus._
- _Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience in a supervisory capacity is a plus._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements._
- _Manage and oversee ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and integration with other systems._
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions._
- _Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team._
- _Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the ServiceNow platform._
- _Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new functionalities, incorporating them into the existing environment where applicable._
- _Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design, and procedures._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:
