Astek are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow consultant in Singapore

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teams to analyze requirements, design processes, and deploy technical solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance tests and provide post-implementation support.
- Develop custom solutions and configure ServiceNow instances.
- Create reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
- Evaluate stakeholder needs and document requirements.
- Analyze and handle change requests for ServiceNow improvements.
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and provide recommendations.
- Maintain technical documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- 2-3 years of ServiceNow support and project implementation experience.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM and scripting.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other scripting languages.
