ServiceNow Demand Management Specialist


We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Demand Management Specialist to collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and leads to gather and prioritize demand requests related to the platform. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain a comprehensive demand management process that aligns with organizational objectives.

  • Develop strategies for release management of ServiceNow platform updates and module enhancements.
  • Work closely with development teams to plan and schedule releases, considering dependencies and potential risks.
  • Communicate release schedules, status updates, and impact assessments to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (min. 10 years) in demand and release management for ServiceNow platform modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of demand management processes and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and release management best practices.
