**Position : Security Officer
- MUST HAVE SSO**:

- **Location : Ubi**:

- **Working hours : 5 days(Rotating shift : 7.00am-7.00pm/9.00pm -9.00am), 2 off days on weekday**:

- **Salary ( on experience) : Up to $3300 GROSS (Basic + Fixed OT ) + AWS + VB + Dental/Optical (Cap at $400)**:

- **Duration : Permanent**:

- **Industry : Property management -Dormitory | Listed Company**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and ensure all systems in the GSOC are in working order
- Conduct video surveillance and alarm monitoring on all assets
- Provide interface between individual sites and GS management during incidents and crises
- Respond to and escalate incidents in accordance to policies and procedures
- Provide constant information updates whenever applicable, and ensure timely response and effective management of alarms, incidents and crises
- Operate GSOC systems
- Disseminate directives and liaise with site security personnel
- Prepare daily and periodic returns and reports
- Assist to support site security teams during special events, VIP visits and critical shortfalls
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) Security License
- Must have passed or exempted from the required Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) modules under the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) framework and mínimally certified as a PWM Senior Security Officer
- **Able to work 12-hours rotating shifts**
