
Parts Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform store-keeping duties, including receiving, stock-keeping, and issuing of parts. Conduct local sourcing when needed.
- Assist the Parts Executive in inventory cycle-counting and space planning.
- Provide sales quotations following guided procedures and pricing. Assist the Service team in ordering backorder parts and monitor their progress.
- Handle customer orders and follow up on backorder status.
- Alert your Superior on fast-moving and low stock-level items.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and security in the store and showroom display areas.
- Boost Parts & Accessories sales by offering attentive, friendly service to customers and internal departments. This includes handling customer inquiries through the Parts main line.
- Proactively engage in sales activities, using strong product knowledge to recommend the best sales packages. Assist in sales promotions and events.
- Coordinate with Inventory Administrators, handle cash transactions, and carry out accurate invoicing.
- Complete any additional assignments as directed by Superiors.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum O Level qualification.
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Required to work 5.5 days per week.
**Working Hours**:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Every Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
