**Part-time 20 hours **(only for Google administrators trained who can do without much training, without the 44 hours job scope)

**Full-time 44 hours **(Mon - Fri, 9am-6pm, below job scope plus administering events logistics, track events expenses, attend events as ushers, expected pay $2,200-$2,400)

**Job Scope**:

- facilitate business documents uploads to office web;
- coordinate with other departments - logistics, services, hr, accounts for relevant data sharing information;
- manage sales share info, deposits tracking on google sheet;
- maintain petty cash, supplier bills, overseas purchase bills uploads by staffs;
**Technical Prerequisite**:

- conversant in Mandarin, English as frontend staffs are mandarin speaking;
- intermediate to advance google docs usage( manage google forms, google sheet database, google calendar, google slides);
- microsoft paint / google docs / monitor chat group traffic;

**Qualifications**:

- Nitec or higher in Business, Marketing;
- Other qualifications welcome;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $1,200.00 - $1,600.00 per month

**Benefits**:
