Our client is the world’s largest share in the manufacture of casino playing cards and related equipment. They are looking for an Associate in General Affairs Department.
【What you will be working on】
- Arrange/ coordinate appointments and bookings for meetings and company car use.
- Admin support to executives and expatriate staff for housing matters and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies and factory inventory by working with the factory management and finance department.
- Monitor contracts (facilities, housing, service providers and suppliers), signal the expiry of contracts and prepare quotes.
- Local logistics and organization support and arrangements.
- Due to the confidential nature of the business, the building and organisation security are very closely monitored. The incumbent will be managing the security aspects by working closely with the security company and the management to ensure smooth office operations and procedures and controlling correspondences.
- Keeps management informed through written and verbal reports (summarizing information, and identifying trends).
- From time to time, the company has special projects and events. The GA team will also be tasked to give support full backend support
- Other ad-hoc duties & projects assigned by management.
- ** Requirement**:

- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N3) Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to communicate with vendors for documentation.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
