**NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health)** is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on more than four decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest senior day care, nursing home, and home personal care providers in Singapore. It also offers other services for seniors such as an active aging hub, senior activity centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered / senior group home. In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic.
DESIGNATION : Administrative Associate, Operations (Allied Health)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The National One-Rehabilitation (One-Rehab) Framework is a nationwide initiative that aims to create a more person-centered, sustainable, and value-driven rehabilitation system using codification, harmonized clinical outcome measures, and big data to provide the most appropriate and timely care to improve rehabilitation outcomes for patients/clients.
The Administrative Associate supports the Allied Health Department in operations, administrative duties, and data management that are part of client-related care. He/she will provide operational support for the One-Rehab program.
**Provide operational support for the One-Rehab program**
- Ensure smooth daily operations of work processes and tasks under One-Rehab.
- Collect and analyze data from clients. Enter, extract, process, and compile data, statistics, and reports for regular reporting to stakeholders (e.g. management, MOH/AIC)
- Assist in drafting reports, papers, and other documents as required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across the continuum of rehab care.
**Others**
- Perform regular administrative audits on users and system accounts.
- Assist in organizing meetings (physical and virtual) and perform minute taking
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head, Allied Health.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma
- 1 - 2 years of administrative experience.
- IT savvy and good knowledge of G-suite, e.g. Slides, Sheets, Docs.
- Have good organizational skills with an ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and possess a high level of integrity
- Team player with good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Able to work independently with different business units and deliver under a tight timeline professionally.
OTHER INFORMATION
It would be valuable to have experience in the healthcare sector as well.
