The Role:
- Printing delivery orders and gift message cards
- Planning delivery routes
- Managing the dispatch of flowers and gifts
- Assist in managing stock inventory
Must have:
- Good spoken and written English. Mandarin an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel/Word
- Be able to start immediately
The Person:
- Cheerful and positive disposition to work well with our friendly team
- Customer service orientation, with desire to deliver an awesome experience to customers
- Highly reliable with adherence to deadlines
- Great communication
- High work standards
- Physically fit (not only a desk job - our flower arrangements can sometimes be heavy)
- Methodical and able to work independently
- **ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN SINGAPORE WITHOUT A VISA**
Location/Hours:
- Central work location in Bukit Merah, close to a number of bus stops and two East-West MRT stations. Nearby many food outlets. Note, this is a workshop/studio environment, not a retail store
- Casual dress and fun upbeat environment
- Approx. 8:30am to 4:30pm, Saturdays
