[What the role is]

PRINCIPAL/SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE, 2 COLLECTIONS, RECEIVABLES AND REFUNDS

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of an exciting Finance team overseeing the revenue collection and account receivables function while driving process improvement in the team through the use of automation and cutting-edge technology.

Your key role is to work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, and support them in daily receivable operations to ensure that the necessary billing has been processed in accordance with the contractual agreements.

In addition, you will participate in system development and integration projects involving revenue billings and collection processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to provide and consolidate inputs to meet project deliverables.

Other key aspects of your role are to carry out user acceptance testing, ensure timely deployment of system solutions/enhancements, prepare user guides and SOP documents, and provide first level support to other team members.

Finally, you will also review our current processes and identify opportunities for process improvement as well as to take on RPA development related to the work scope. Through the use of automation technology, you will be empowered to propose ways to streamline and achieve greater efficiency in our operations.

[What we are looking for]
- Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or Business IT or their equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in handling Finance Operations while implementing new initiatives / IT projects relating to financial systems
- Knowledge of various finance processes such as account receivables, revenue collections and reconciliations
- Highly-driven individual who is analytical, resourceful and enjoys problem-solving
- Positive attitude with a strong passion to learn and contribute to the organisation
- Able to work independently and perform under pressure with tight timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in SAP AR/SD and deploying automation tools such as UiPath/Python is advantageous
