Claims Process Transformation, Principal

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, analyze and evaluate the business pain-points, develop user requirement specifications to ensure the system solutions are fully address the business requirement and needs.
- Analyse impact of requested changes identifies problems and areas of improvement in business processes to increase overall business operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate and priorities the changes with the users and other key stakeholders if there are gaps in the business requirements so that the agreed launch timeline will not be impacted.
- Involve and support in the system implementation, digital transformation project in Life Claims Operation.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Play an active role in the project lifecycle, oversee the overall planning of the project timeline and resources, monitoring closely of the project status and plans to ensure timely and quality rollout.
- Manage vendors to drive delivery of project implementation.
- Provide update to project sponsor and business stakeholders on the progress of project in timely manner, to escalate issues and risks in any stage of the project implementation.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information System, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional studies, e.g., LOMA or insurance related equivalent.
- Have experience with digital transformation and possess relevant track records in handling process re-engineering projects.
- Strong sense of drive and commitment to deliver on responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong in analytical, problem-solving skills and able to make decisions.
- Good in supervisory and leadership skill.
