Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the authenticity and accuracy of incoming claims, ensuring they meet all required criteria and documentation.
  • Conduct in-depth research to resolve any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential issues within the claims.
  • Accurately input and record claims data into the company's claim processing system, maintaining high levels of data integrity.
  • Assist in the regular counting and reconciliation of petty cash funds, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Grant Claims
  • Participate in grant claim audits, working closely with team to ensure compliance with grant funding requirements.
  • Collaborate with claimants and other departments to gather additional information, request missing documentation, or provide updates on claim status.
  • Maintain detailed records of all claim activities, interactions, and outcomes.
  • Meet established deadlines for claim processing and ensure prompt resolution of claims.

Requirements
  • A relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or a related discipline).
  • Prior experience in claims processing or a similar role is preferred.
  • Attention to details and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, independent and a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in using claim processing software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
