Job Title: Claims Processing Specialist
Job Description:This role involves the processing and review of insurance claims documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
The successful candidate will verify policy coverage and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of claims submissions.
Liaising with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders is a key aspect of this position, as is ensuring timely updates and communication on claims status to relevant parties.
Maintaining accurate records of claims processing in the company system for audit and reporting purposes is crucial. Additionally, assisting in preparing claims reports and data analysis for management review is an essential part of this role.
Sustaining compliance with internal controls, risk management, and service standards is also a significant responsibility in this position.
Requirements:- Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in claims processing, insurance operations, or administrative support preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in the insurance industry may also be considered
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
