**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the following:
1. Provide continued support for the NGEMR system post go live:

- Review Change Requests (CRs) - Work closely with requestors to ensure all information is provided and the business requirements, justifications and impacts are clearly articulated.
- Prepare submission for approvals - Obtain high level resources, cost and schedule estimation for budgeting purpose; and ensure the information is sufficient for management decision making.
- Prioritise change requests for management decision making and approval - Work with requestor, NUHS PMO and MI to prioritise and categorise the CR; and ensure the CRs are being submitted for CMIO approval.
- Management of CRs - Track and monitor the progress status of all NUH CRs and provide support/ update to requestors when required.

2. Project Management
- Work with NUHS PMO develop new or streamline CR processes.
- Provide advisory, assist to drive and support initiatives of departments. (e.g. New services)
- Work with departments to ensure that funding and appropriate resources are budgeted for and included in work plans.

3. IT Budgeting
- Work with Departments IT SPOCs or representatives to plan; and ensure that the departments IT budget are submitted timely.
- Monitor and track utilisation of department IT budget.
- Support ad-hoc IT Budge request raised by departments and assist in CRs.

4. Provide support to CMIO
- Support ad-hoc requests/ initiatives raised by CMIO

5. Support any other duties/ tasks/ projects as assigned by Reporting Officer

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of working experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare industry, business analysis, project coordination, communications or change management are added advantages.
- Able to drive strategy, design, implementation to deployment.
- Project management capabilities and experience in driving a cohesive team and cross teaming environment.
- Possess confidence to resonate with senior management leadership - internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
- Good analytical and organization skills.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
