**What the role is**
- The Municipal Services Office (MSO) was set up in October 2014 to improve the Government's overall coordination and delivery of municipal services. These services include the upkeep and improvement of the common living environment, such as the cleanliness and maintenance of the estates and the upgrading or provision of facilities and infrastructure.
**What you will be working on**
- Our engagement portfolio covers community engagement initiatives and managing our network of external community stakeholders, while the outreach portfolio involves managing MSO's social media platforms, marketing of the OneService (OS App), as well as public education efforts on OS work and municipal issues.
You will play a key role in conceptualising, planning, and implementing MSO’s outreach efforts. This covers the building and engaging of our online community through our social media platforms, the development of initiatives and materials / collaterals including digital content to educate the public on municipal issues, as well as the marketing of our OneService app.
**What we are looking for**
- Someone who is passionate about public education and outreach
- Relevant experience in social media management and marketing;
- Excellent written, presentation, organisational and project management skills;
- Team player who takes initiative and works well with others;
- Adept at networking and partnership management; and
- Ability to work after office hours and on weekends, when necessary, for events
