**Job Overview**:
The Lead Technology Delivery Manager is responsible for building a deep understanding of our business within the region and partnering with respective leaders to provide strategic technology guidance, support, and resolution on technology projects, processes and services. He/she must be laser-focused on regional client technology needs to improve colleague productivity and work life quality. Working closely with with the Director of Technology Delivery, this individual will drive and execute our technology projects for the region and serve as the regional escalation for all technology requests. In addition, the manager collaborates with the Regional COO to ensure our tech strategy aligns with regional business needs and coordinates with other regional/global teams to deliver our technology vision based on exceptional management, problem-solving, and professional skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Laser-focused on understanding and delivering resolution to technology issues and escalations with speed and agility to grow partnerships and overall satisfaction.
- Own the technology colleague experience for our APR colleagues and collaborate across all technology teams to continuously improve colleague end-to-end engagement, communications, and processes.
- Partner with the Director of Technology Delivery and APR COO to support the technology needs of the APR region within the broader technology organization.
- Ensure all aspects of regional technology hardware/software budgets and budgeting/forecasting are clearly managed and aligned with global financial planning & analysis team efforts.
- Serve as the regional voice for OWG Tech by engaging in all aspects across the technology team to deliver collective success.

**Experience**:

- 7+ years of experience working or managing end-to-end colleague technology services or technical projects at enterprise scale.
- An ability to build, manage and grow relationships and manage stakeholders’ expectations while capturing & sharing meaningful metrics to keep team and stakeholders informed.
- Passionate about the colleague satisfaction and the delivery of technology services and solutions to improve colleague and client outcomes.
- A strong focus on effective project management and a demonstrated ability to establish good systematic processes and ways of working.
- Experience working at management consulting firm or large complex organizations is highly desirable.
- A track record of delivery-focused collaborative work in complex environments delivering projects with multi-disciplinary agile teams.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and an ability to motivate teams and navigate confidently within a large complex organization.
- Fungibility and flexibility to work on a variety of projects and technologies, including those that are new or unfamiliar to you.
