Business Program Manager

Reporting directly to the Program Director the appointee will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the design, testing and adoption of an enterprise-wide ERP system impacting 5 core functions of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day to day management and support of 5 functional stream leads as they guide their function through all aspects of the delivery of the new processes and system.
- Responsible for the effective management of risks, issues and dependencies across the 5 functions.
- Weekly coordination with all key stakeholders particularly the Functional Transformation Heads internally, and vendors and service providers engaged in the delivery externally.
- Help to facilitate effective working groups and steering committees and make high quality presentations to senior management to drive and report progress.
- Actively support change management, communication and training to assist Transformation Heads and Process Owners in preparing the business for deployment and adoption.

**Requirements**:

- 15+ years relevant work experience in a large project or program leadership role with delivery responsibilities.
- Dedicated team player with a methodical approach to work, attention to detail and a desire to solve problems.
- Expert understanding of the standard project life cycle and project management fundamentals, particularly governance and reporting.
- Experience of creating and maintaining detailed project plans, identifying and documenting risks, issues and dependencies and tracking them to resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to engage with and manage senior stakeholders and vendors.
- Appreciation for the importance of accurate documentation and clear, appropriate and timely reporting.
