We support talented entrepreneurs with regional or global growth ambitions. Qualgro invests primarily in Southeast Asia at Series A and B.

Qualgro is seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to join our team, to help with operational aspects of the funds and fund management company, including finance, operations, compliance and aspects of portfolio management.

**Role and Responsibilities include**:

- _Finance _& Tax _- prepare and support the finance and reporting function of the funds and management company (i.e. from an Audit, Tax, GST and Financial Reporting perspective)
- _Compliance & Legal & Company Secretarial _- preparation of reporting and working with outsourced service providers to ensure that Qualgro is at all times compliant to the various regulatory bodies (eg. MAS, IRAS, ACRA, CIMA), including KYC checks
- _Investor Relations Reporting _- prepare reporting to investor
- _Support investment documentation-related and portfolio management activities _- e.g. support with the operations aspect of closing an investment; collection of portfolio companies metrics; highlight potential key topics; review of preparation of funds’ NAV, preparation of cash flows and projected returns, etc.
- _Liaise with service providers _: auditors, fund administrators, tax advisors, lawyers, compliance advisors, etc.
- Other ad-hoc activities, when needed
- Degree in Accounting or Finance with good knowledge of key accounting and financial concepts
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, compliance, finance, operations, reporting and portfolio management
- Worked in a fund management company with license from MAS, and/or fund administrator and/or audit in one of the Big 4 accounting firms (auditing fund management companies)
- Strong technical skills in accounting/finance concepts, process management, and understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools (excel, word, powerpoint), accounting software (i.e. Xero), etc.
- Passionate about creating, improving, monitoring and implementing operational solutions
- Effective and mature communication skills vis-à-vis both internal and external stakeholders
