**Responsibilities**:
- Kitchen Assistance: Assist the kitchen team with various tasks, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen cleanup. Learn and follow recipes and cooking techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs.
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients, mise en place, and cooking basic dishes according to established recipes and standards. Learn how to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our quality and presentation standards by following recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines. Pay attention to detail and strive for consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Kitchen Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by following proper sanitation and food safety practices. Adhere to hygiene standards, including handwashing, food storage, and equipment cleaning procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and chefs to support smooth kitchen operations and efficient workflow. Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure timely preparation and service of dishes.
- Adaptability and Growth: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as you gain experience and confidence in the kitchen. Show initiative to learn new techniques, recipes, and cooking styles.
**Requirements**:
- No prior experience is required; however, a genuine interest in cooking and a passion for food are essential.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn from experienced chefs and kitchen staff.
- Basic culinary knowledge or enrollment in a culinary program is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
