We are looking for a **Regional Logistic Leader **to manage the logistic stream with the support of 3rd party logistic partner located in Singapore to cover the Asia Pacific market with a specific support for China, supported by manufacturing located in Asia/Europe/North America

**Mission**:

- Responsible for our Logistic performance for several countries
- Decline the strategy: defining means, resources and processes
- Is a member of the validation process, and in charge of its deployment in his/her perimeter
- Assure the evolution of the design of the supply chain within the logistic territory
- Empower the End to End experience in collaboration with the Front Office

**What will you do?
**Logistic**
- Manage a 3rd party Logistic Flow
- Operational performance monitoring (weekly, monthly and Quarterly Business Review) in 2 domains:
a. Warehousing service and performance

b. Transport

i. from Plant to Distribution Center

ii. from Distribution Center to Distribution Center

iii. from Distribution Center to customers

c. Trade and customs
- Operational contact with front office (service, Customer Return,)
- Representing supply chain in the respective region (Asia / Pacific)
- Contract annual revision with 3rd PL
- Manage projects (transfer / development regions - DC, additional or new capabilities,)

**Customer experience**
- Relation with front office (regarding logistic and Supply Chain service support)
- Be warrant of Lead time offer and stock collection
- Define and deploy the Commercial logistic offer with Front office to Customers
- Collect Customer feedback and complaints
- Be proactive by Competition watch to update commercial logistic offer (part of commercial policy)
- Manage Customer survey and action plan relative to it

**What qualifications will make you successful?**
- 10 years' experience in logistic center management, preferably in sensor device business
- Experienced with 3 PL management and complex project management
- Experience working with front office/ distributor/ OEM
- Experience working in a transactional B2B business
- Logistic downstream, Long hole, Trade (transport and distribution center)
- Experienced with ERP and digital environment, in an international context
- Possess customer acumen, high level of autonomy and communication skills
- Willing to travel frequently
