Regional Logistics Transformation Leader

The APAC Head of Logistics is a pivotal role that drives the transformation of the regional logistics function. Based in Singapore, this leader will set the vision and strategy for logistics across Asia Pacific.

Reporting to the Regional HQ, the incumbent will be responsible for executing projects aimed at restructuring the logistics network to improve cost efficiency and service reliability. This includes initiatives such as hubbing to consolidate fragmented country-level operations, optimizing transport modes and routes, and harmonizing processes across markets.

Beyond structural improvements, the role will also play a key part in leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance visibility, streamline workflows, and drive performance. By embedding smarter systems and metrics, the APAC Head of Logistics will help the business achieve both immediate cost reductions and long-term operational excellence.
