DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. **About the Team**:

- The role of Shopee's Regional Operations Fulfilment team is to deliver an excellent experience to buyers and sellers in three areas:
(1) swift and accurate shipment of orders from Shopee's warehouses
- (2) reliable delivery of orders by Shopee's in-house delivery team (Shopee Express) and third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and
- (3) customised fulfilment options and timely order status updates served on the Shopee platform.E-commerce fulfilment is top priority for Shopee as we deliver millions of orders daily while facing physical and transportation infrastructure constraints. Your work will help maintain Shopee's competitive advantage in this function.- Employ a consultative approach to understand each market’s key operational challenges, and work with the local teams to trial and implement innovative solutions
- Build a regional logistics network with focus on long-term commercial viability, operational excellence and exceptional customer experience
- Prioritise, plan and drive the delivery of logistics projects (e.g. integrate new logistics channels into the platform, develop new logistics features for buyers, sellers or administrators on the platform) across the region
- Streamline the end-to-end logistics operations procedures in every Shopee market to improve logistics performance by Shopee's partner third-party logistics (3PL) providers
- Analyse logistics data and identify short-term challenges and long-term areas for improvement as well as logistics best practices
- Collaborate on a daily basis with different regional functional teams, local teams and logistics service providers

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Strong interest in working with large data sets and open-ended problem solving.
- Proficient in data analysis using SQL and/or Python
- Ability to engage in discussions with various stakeholders, and partner local teams to implement proposed regional initiatives
- Experienced hires with relevant experience in e-commerce logistics will be preferred
- Fluency in English and an additional SEA language (optional) to communicate with SEA market stakeholders
