**Job Vacancy: Piped Services BIM Modeller/Drafter cum Engineer**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Drawing Preparation**: Create and maintain accurate 3D and 2D drawings for various projects, including Plumbing and Sanitary systems, Irrigation, Rainwater Harvesting, and Fire Protection.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to produce and deliver timely drawings for project submissions.
- **Revision Management**: Update and revise drawings based on feedback and comments promptly.
- **Coordination**: Participate in BIM coordination meetings to perform clash detection and resolve conflicts effectively.
- **Detailed Drawings**: Produce detailed and construction-ready drawings as required.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in the construction industry as a BIM Modeller and AutoCAD Drafter.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Water Pipe Systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Work Ethic**: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
