We are seeking a detail-oriented M&E Drafter to prepare and manage technical drawings for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of M&E systems, proficiency in drafting software, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Duty & Responsibilities

Drafting and Documentation:

· Prepare detailed technical drawings for mechanical and electrical systems based on project specifications.

· Ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and adhere to company and regulatory standards.

· Coordinate with the project team to ensure drawings reflect the design intent.

Collaboration and Coordination:

· Work closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors to gather necessary inputs for drafting.

· Review and revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders.

· Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other required documentation.

Technical Support:

· Assist in resolving technical issues related to M&E drawings during project execution.

· Provide technical advice and recommendations to ensure design feasibility.

Compliance and Quality Control:

· Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.

Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings.

Requirements

· Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in M&E drafting.

· Skills:

o Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.

o Strong understanding of M&E systems and construction processes.

o Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications.

o Good communication and coordination skills.

Additional: Knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit)
