- Coordinate between departments when administrative help is required.
- Prepare travel arrangements, claims, and expense reports for Director.
Customer and Client Interaction
- Handle general inquiries and provide basic information.
Basic IT and Equipment Handling
- Operate office equipment like printers, copiers, and scanners.
Compliance and Safety Support
- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Ensure administrative practices comply with company policies.
