Product Manager Synergy Platform

**About the role**

You will be part of the Business Transformation & Integration department at Sygnum, which drives scalability and transformation from vision to execution. Synergy is our core platform in Singapore providing critical services for the brokerage, custody, staking and banking operations to support the growing demand for digital assets across professional and institutional clients looking for a regulated banking grade security. The platform plays an immensely important role in the expansion to Asia and Europe. As the Product Manager of Synergy, you will drive the vision and work closely with multiple agile development teams to further drive, improve the digital experience and support Sygnum’s international growth.

- Take product ownership for the Synergy platform to drive it from the design to development all the way to product launches
- Build new features based on the market needs that aim to significantly improve accessibility of digital assets in multiple geographies
- Streamline and enhance the onboarding process for new users, new geographies and new client segments by making the platform user-friendly and frictionless
- Drive the API first design and implementation to ensure scalability
- Be at the forefront of digital assets adoption in a regulated and compliant way to bridge the TradFi and DeFi
- Fully understand the user requirements and related objectives, and shape the product client-centric vision, scope, and strategy together with all relevant business teams such as Client Services, Compliance and Banking Operations
- Lead the Scrum team
- Have the ability to understand, brief and manage all related technical aspects of day-to-day operations

**What you offer**
- 3+ years hands-on and proven expertise as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar is a must
- Experience in the financial services industry and / or management consulting, and are familiar with typical banking and/or trading processes
- Good understanding of technical development process, data modelling, efficient workflow design and user experience
- Strong experience in requirements engineering and collaboration with technical teams
- Working effectively with diverse stakeholders, from technical, operational, and business teams
- You are a clear communicator and can articulate your thoughts in a structured way, including with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical skills to ask the right questions, elicit, dissect, organize, translate, and cross reference requirements
- Experience with Agile Development (e.g. Scrum), JIRA and Confluence and enjoy working closely with the scrum team
- Nice to have: experience working in a startup environment with a strong enthusiasm for blockchain and digital assets
