**Project & Service Management**
- Lead, deliver, and maintain projects within time, scope, and cost, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Plan and establish project schedules, quality plans, budgets, and communication and risk management plans.
- Manage issues arising from scope definition and disputes impacting scope, schedule, and cost.
- Ensure accurate project cost/revenue forecasts and manage project financials effectively.
- Resolve project overrun issues and track project progress, reporting to Senior Management and Customers.
- Optimize resource utilization across teams to maximize productivity and minimize wastage.
- Lead the project and service team to ensure smooth project transition to operation per customer requirements and processes.Manage project operations to maintain service levels without financial penalties or security incidents due to negligence or lack of awareness.
**Customer/Vendor/Stakeholder Management**
- Manage contracts and subcontractors, effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution.
- Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding customer expectations.
- Negotiate with customers on change control mechanisms to meet schedules and prioritize changes based on business needs.
- Maintain a strong customer-service orientation.
**Team Management**
- Lead, guide, manage, and motivate project team members to deliver quality project work, eliminate project exceptions, and delight customers.
- Plan for optimal resource use across teams with project and technical competencies.
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain open communication with the team for continuous improvement.
- Ensure high individual and staff billability.
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including strong persuasive techniques.
- Ability to lead, develop, and maintain respectful and trusting relationships.
- Proven track record in assuming overall responsibilities and managing large-scale projects.
**Requirements**:
- At least Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of Project Management in the IT Industry
- Previous experience running a large IT project of 6 months or longer
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
