Director Test Platform Management

In this role, you will define, align and implement a test platform strategies with a strong focus on products that come with Infineon’s Cypress integration. You will build-up international relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams in order to find synergies and to enable lowest test costs, fast time-to-market as well as zero defects.

In your new role, you will:

- Be responsible for the **definition, alignment and implementation of the test platform strategy **(lifecycle, footprint, efficiency) **with all involved stakeholders with high focus on **products from Infineon’s Cypress integration**:

- Allocate products to **platforms, locations **and **balance capacity **across the Frontend/Backend cluster in order to **optimize investments **and **idle costs**:

- Manage the **platform growth **, **related investments **and **phase-out**:

- **Drive projects **to implement the strategy, roadmap and productivity measures and to **gain synergies **and **reduce costs**:

- Define and improve **business processes **and **establish reporting**

You accept responsibility for common goals and foster collaboration beyond boundaries. To find the best solution, you engage with the relevant people and drive decisions, as soon as they are taken. Furthermore, have a good sense for improvements, focus on results and keep long-term profitability in mind.

Beyond, you are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A degree **in either a **technical **or economical area**:

- At least **8 years of professional experience **within the **technical or semiconductor industry **, for example in **test **, **production **, **project management **, **process management **or **consulting**:

- A good understanding of **production testing **and **test systems**:

- The ability to **guide others technically **and drive results **in a **cross-functional environment**:

- **Project management experience **and an **affinity for finance **are definitely helpful
- **Intercultural sensitivity **and the **openness to **travel **(US, Asia)
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
