Job Title: Synergy Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Synergy Engagement Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in promoting our organization's visibility and stakeholder engagement through strategic communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and spearhead a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive public engagement and advocacy.
  • Lead the development and delivery of signature events and campaigns to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Review and refine our brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications materials.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key business partners to leverage their network for maximum reach.
  • Develop an internal communication plan to drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to crisis or issues management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications and/or patient service/feedback management.
  • Prior experience in healthcare is an advantage.
