Responsibilities includes:

- Ensure consistent and smooth running of food production
- Ensure work areas are always clean
- Ensure required standards are adhered to in the production and the preparation of food
- Fluent in all kitchen roles
- Ensure smooth flow of kitchen
- Please do note this is a 6 day work week

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills
- Culinary Diploma needed
- Experience needed
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Ability to be creative and always try something new
- Thinking out of the box
- Attention to details
- Team player with positive attitude
- Able to work under extreme pressure
- Preferbly with Food Hygiene cert

*Salary will commensurate with working experience and education.
