Our client is a well-established brand in the Technology industry and is now looking for a passionate and driven
**MARMS User Support **to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skillset, and achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to user queries within SLA.
- Involvement in a meeting with users and external partners.
- Coordinate with external partners and provide UAT Support for partner testing.
- Provide detailed analysis to BU and redirect queries to appropriate teams based on analysis.
- Monitor for critical job failures and take appropriate action.
- Extract reports based on user requirements taking proper caution while sharing sensitive information.
- Analyze the code thoroughly to find the root cause of any issues.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Good Communication and Client Interaction.
- Fair knowledge of Java, and Oracle functionality.
- Debugging of Logs.
- Good to have: Domain/Loyalty knowledge and Kafka, MQ, or Cassandra DB knowledge.
