A great opportunity to join us as a Crisis and Risk Adviser, who will work as part of the Alert:24 team within WTW’s Crisis Management Division. Our team’s approach provides an international client base with comprehensive solutions to identify, mitigate and transfer their security risks.

Unique to WTW is Alert:24, an in-house security risk and crisis management practice accompanied by a 24-hour crisis support centre. We have extensive experience in supporting clients in mitigating the security risks they face whilst supporting them throughout the incident timeline.

The Alert:24 Crisis and Risk Adviser role principally involves:

- Risk Consulting
- Quality Management and Project Management of Risk Advisory service delivery
- Client Relationship Management
- Business Development
- Strategic Input and Business Improvement

**The Role**

**Risk Consulting, Quality Management and Project Management**
- Deliver applicable Alert:24 Risk Advisory services.
- Support the build of a regional consulting network in line with Alert:24’s lines of business and client need.
- Ensure the highest standards of the delivery of Risk Advisory services are maintained in line international standards and industry best practice
- Seek to identify new and innovative means of delivering content to clients
- Support development of technical and operational innovations
- Ensure projects are priced, structured and managed effectively to deliver on profit and margin targets
- Contribute to departmental financial success by supporting the invoicing and collection process

**Client Relationship Management**
- Work directly and via a network of WTW and SCR stakeholders to establish higher and broader levels of service with select regional clients; expanding the relationship.
- Foster thriving client-relationships, including exploiting cross-selling opportunities to relevant parts of the business as and when possible
- Become involved in the MS Dynamics-365 client relationship management, (CRM), platform, by playing a role on global account management teams

**Business Development**
- Consistently develop the company’s positioning with its clients to enhance business development and secure higher fee-earning engagements
- Work to support both the renewal and one-off sales pipelines
- Help to increase business generated from clients
- Engage and promote Alert:24 within the WTW network to encourage wider promotion of Alert:24 services and capability
- Ensure that Alert:24 team revenue targets are met or exceeded
- Develop cross-business opportunities where there is synergy or overlap with WTW Crisis Management products and services
- Contribute to insight materials, thought leadership and presentations as a Subject Matter Expert for the Group.

**Strategic Input and Business Improvement**
- Help to define and implement competitive business strategies and business plans designed to expand the Company’s standing relationships with its clients
- Invest in the on-going enhancement and development of the team, colleagues, service lines and client relationships
- Assist in the development of the Alert:24 growth strategy
- Support management with financial planning including budget planning

**The Requirements**
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately to both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work effectively in a small team
- Clear and proven expertise in at least one of the following areas:

- Response and management of a kidnap or extortion event and the wider industry
- Travel risk management for organizations and the wider industry
- Crisis Management
- Security risk management issues and applicable standards
- Innovative, able to demonstrate the ability to identify needs and solutions to fulfil them
- Detailed and highly organized
- Excellent written skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, but also ability to work autonomously
- Enthusiastic and driven
- Good inter-personal skills
- Effective report writing skills with strong attention to detail
- Conversational ability in a second language beneficial
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
