Our **Mission Software & Services** business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. You will be a key service partner to our clients in delivering timely and accurate advice regarding benefits and claim reimbursement. You will be assigned a supervisory role and be expected to manage a group of Customer Service Officers.

- Handle escalated cases or perform service recovery if necessary.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure holistic service delivery.
- Perform quality assurance checks and maintain quality service standards.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and propose initiatives to improve service delivery.
