**About the Team**

As a member of the Global HR4HR team, your role in Talent Acquisition has a profound impact on a mission-critical aspect of the organization's development. Your work in HR4HR will leave a deep and lasting footprint as you help build a best-in-class HR function for the world's next elite Internet company.
**Responsibilities**
- Partner closely with business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies, improve consistency in terms of recruitment process, standard, talent philosophy and reporting for respective businesses cross regionally.
- Coach, Mentor, & Manage a high performing teams of both Sourcers and Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Provide market insights, including mapping and research to respective businesses to improve our understanding of targeted talent markets.
- Work with business leaders and the local operation teams to understand relevant local laws as well as manage and oversee the recruitment lifecycle globally.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Consistent track record of mentorship and leadership responsibilities, with previous experience managing diverse teams.
- Ability to think globally and be sensitive/knowledgeable to international recruiting practices.
- Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including direct sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and colleagues across several time zones.
- Fluent in English; Proficient in speaking and writing Chinese is preferred, because the role requires regular interactions with China team.
