RGF is representing a reputable MNC in Financial Services. They are actively looking to hire a Customer Service Team Lead to join their ever-growing team.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Hire, train and build teams in various regions
- Develop and value add to a robust training program to get Customer Service team up to speed
- Advise the Board on what are the next steps to take, tying in BU KPIs to business objectives
- To manage a regional team size of 50-60 team members
- Communicate deliverables to team members in a timely manner
- In-charge of training development for staff
**The Requirements**:
- Relevant experience in managing a global team
- Have been in various roles within the Customer Service teams (e.g. ticket, chat, calls)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Self-driven and someone who embraces challenges
