As the Strategic Development Manager (Mobility) with a focus on strategy in the ride-hailing industry, your role and responsibilities would encompass a range of key areas. With a strategy focus in the ride-hailing industry, your role would involve driving innovation, fostering partnerships, optimizing operations, and positioning the company as a leader in the digital mobility space.

**Responsibilities**:

- You would be responsible for developing and implementing the overall digital mobility strategy for the ride-hailing company. This would involve conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and defining the long-term vision and goals of the company in the digital space.
- You would lead efforts to identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations that can enhance the company's digital mobility offerings. This could involve forging alliances with technology companies, exploring integration opportunities with other mobility providers, and developing new business models or revenue streams.
- Leveraging data analytics and insights, you would monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital mobility initiatives. This would involve analyzing user behavior, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
- The ride-hailing industry operates in a highly regulated environment, and as the Strategic Development Manager (Mobility), you would need to stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to digital services and mobility. Ensuring compliance with local regulations and working with legal and regulatory teams would be an important aspect of your role.
- You would lead a team of digital mobility professionals, including product managers, data analysts, and business development specialists. Your responsibilities would include setting clear goals, providing guidance and support, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
- Staying informed about emerging trends, technologies, and competitive landscape within the ride-hailing industry and wider mobility sector would be crucial. This includes keeping an eye on new entrants, disruptive technologies, and shifts in consumer preferences to adapt the company's strategy accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field
- 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy development, business development, product innovation and data analytics
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience in ride-hailing industry will be an advantage
