Drive Strategic Planning and Development

The role involves driving strategic planning and development for the company, encompassing medium to long-term strategy and monitoring its implementation. This includes collaborating with the Strategy team to develop and update long-term plans, ensuring alignment with industry trends and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning : Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategies, ensuring consistency and synergy of departmental objectives.
  • Strategy Progress Monitoring : Monitor strategy progress and advise on directional changes based on market and environmental changes.
  • Business Plan Development : Support Senior Management in developing annual business plans, including KPI/AOP goals and budget plans.
  • Reporting and Updates : Provide regular high-quality reports and updates to Senior Management.
  • Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs in the semiconductor OSAT industry, providing strategic advice to management.
  • External Partnerships : Coordinate with external research and consulting agencies to prepare feasibility reports and execute strategic projects.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background : Bachelor's degree or beyond, with experience in semiconductor OSAT industry or related fields; MS/MBA in Business/Finance/Analytics a plus.
  • Professional Experience : 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, BD related to semiconductor industry. Investment Banking knowledge & experience a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with market dynamics, technological trends, and industry standards in semiconductor OSAT industry.
  • Critical Thinking Skills : Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of extracting key information from complex environments.
  • Leadership Abilities : Outstanding communication, EQ, and leadership abilities to collaborate with team members at different levels and backgrounds.
  • Project Management Skills : Excellent project management and execution skills, able to work under pressure and achieve goals.
  • Language Proficiency : High Proficiency in English, capable of good business negotiations & communications.
